Stephens Fiddes McGill & Associates was founded in 1980 by G. Douglas Stephens.  The main office has been located at it’s current address at 456 Fulton, Suite 222 in downtown Peoria ever since.  The firm has successfully represented tens of thousands of clients since it’s inception.  While emphasizing 

personal injury, workers’ compensation and social security disability claims throughout the years, the firm also provides legal representation relative to a multitude of other legal disciplines.  Chief among them being domestic & divorce matters, traffic tickets & DUI arrests, real estate transactions, bankruptcy proceedings and wills & estates.

Stephens Fiddes McGill & Associates P.C. currently consists of four attorneys and ten support staff including paralegals, bookkeeping and business clerks, a receptionist, intern and runner.  The three senior attorneys have between twenty-four and thirty-four years of legal experience each.

In addition to the extensive experience of the attorneys, the firm has five staff members with more than a decade of service with two rapidly approaching two decades of service.  We feel that this continuity is a major advantage in effectively representing our clients.
