Gordon M. Fiddes
Mr. Fiddes has been a practicing attorney for twenty-four years, concentrating in the handling of plaintiff’s workers’ compensation claims. He has represented thousands of injured workers throughout Central Illinois. Mr. Fiddes has appeared at all levels of the judicial system, from arbitrations to arguing before the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts. He has obtained millions of dollars in awards and settlements through the years. Mr. Fiddes is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations.
Among his many clients are numerous working men and women affiliated with local labor Unions and Labor Organizations throughout Central Illinois. Chief among them, UAW Local 974, Independent Steelworkers Alliance, United Food and Commercial Workers, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and many more.
Mr. Fiddes was raised in Peoria, Illinois, the second oldest of nine children. He attended local schools, graduating from Spalding High School in 1978. He went on to Illinois State University, graduating in 1982 and received his Law Degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1986. He began practicing with the Law Firm later that year.
